Step 3 Complete the Documentation and Send Closing Papers for Your Signature  
We will prepare the closing documents and forward them to you for your signature. Our team will manage the deed transfer and recording, ensuring that all relevant state and municipal authorities are notified to finalize the transfer. We will assume all responsibilities related to taxes, maintenance, and insurance, and provide you with a tax-deductible receipt.
